My life's work is woven from both lived experiences and extensive training. I empower trailblazers to craft liberated lives within authoritarian, coercive, exploitative environments. My keen perception of power dynamics and visionary imagination support my partners and collaborators in cultivating consent-centered social and organizational networks.

In the lineage of embodied healing and liberation, I proudly trace my roots through a rich tapestry of mentors and guides. From the visionary wisdom of adrienne maree brown to the embodied teachings of Resmaa Menakem, MSW, each teacher has bestowed upon me invaluable insights and techniques.
Dr. Melissa Peet and Dr. Roxy Manning stand as pillars of academic knowledge, imparting their expertise in theory and practice. Each of these teachers have nourished my application of Emergent Strategy facilitation, Somatic Abolition, Generative Coaching, Non-Violent Communication, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Crucial Conversations.

With a portfolio spanning project and program management, accessibility policy design, facilitation in large conferences, and collaborative experiments in trauma healing, my impact resonates far and wide.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my passion for nourishment extends to the culinary arts, where I delight in creating allergen-friendly, auto-immune-friendly, and low-histamine dishes for my community. As a practicing artist, I find solace and expression in studio art, weaving somatic practices into every stroke and melody. Embracing pleasure-centered spiritual reflection, I find joy in astrology, altar cultivation, foraging, and tarot, infusing each session with a sense of sacredness and healing.
